ICCL Testing

ICCL conducts testing for Instrumentation Valves & Fittings, We ensure the highest standards of Quality, Safety, and Performance for our Instrumentation Valves and Fittings through rigorous testing procedures for both High Pressure and Low pressure. Our advanced testing facilities with an automated Pressure record chart and to meet international standards (ASME, ASTM, API, ISO) and Guarantee Leak-proof, Durable, and Reliable products for critical applications in Oil & Gas, Chemical processing, Power plants, and Aerospace.

Hydrostatic Testing (Hydro Testing)

  • Conducted using high-pressure hydro test to verify structural integrity and leak resistance.
  • Tests valves & fittings beyond working pressure limits (typically 1.5x rated pressure).
  • Ensures compliance international standard such as ASME B16.34, API 598, ISO 5208, API 6A, API 6D, etc…
  • Ideal for Oil & Gas pipelines, Petrochemical plants, and Hydraulic systems.

Pneumatic Testing

  • Performed using high-pressure compressed air or inert gases (nitrogen) for systems where liquid testing is unsuitable, using a customized compressor pump.
  • Detects micro-leaks with bubble testing or pressure decay methods.
  • Complies with Internation standards such as ASME B16.34, API 598, API 6A, API 6D, ISO 5208 Standards, etc…
  • Essential for Gas pipelines, Fuel systems, and High-pressure instrumentation.

Helium Leak Testing
(Mass Spectrometry Testing)

  • Ultra-sensitive Equipment using Helium/Methane gas to detect PPM level leak (up to 1x10-12 mbar l/s)
  • Performed with fully automated mass spectrometers for extreme precision.
  • Measurement, Test, and Qualification type test for Fugitive Emissions of our Instrumentation Valves and Fittings to evaluate leakage in PPM level intended for application of volatile air pollutants and Hazardous fluid to improve the Environment and efficiency.
  • Meets ISO 15848-1, 15848-2, ISO 5208, ASME BPVC Section V, and as per Customer requirements
  • Critical for Oil & Gas, Chemical industry, Semiconductor, Vacuum systems, Aerospace, , Pharma and Aerospace and High-purity gas applications

Cryogenic Testing

  • Simulates extreme low-temperature conditions (as low as -196Β°C / -320Β°F) to test material performance, Integrity and performance of cryogenic Instrumentation Valves and Fittings.
  • Validates seal integrity, brittleness resistance, and thermal contraction in LNG, cryogenic storage, and space applications.
  • Follows the international standards ISO 21028 and BS6364.
  • Ensures safety in liquid Nitrogen, Oxygen, Hydrogen, LNG, and other Cryogenic fluids handling.
